What does a website care plan cover?
A website that is not looked after slowly breaks. Software goes out of date, backups stop, and one missed security update is often how a site gets hacked. A care plan puts one person in charge of that work every month.
We look after WordPress, WooCommerce, Laravel and custom-built websites and web systems, including ones we did not build.
Every plan includes updates, backups, security and uptime monitoring, and a real person to ask when something looks wrong. The higher plans add edit time, faster replies, malware clean-up and speed checks.

Plans are billed in USD each month. Cancel with 30 days notice. Support runs Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm US Eastern.

How does a care plan work?
- Security audit and setup. We check your site, set up backups and monitoring, and record a speed baseline.
- Staging-first updates. Plugin and core updates are applied to a private copy of your site first, checked against the live site, and only pushed live once nothing is broken. We do not run updates directly on your live site.
- Monthly care. Backups run and the site is watched for downtime and security problems every day.
- Edits and questions. Send a message and we reply within the response time for your plan.
- Reporting. Plans with a report send one each month, so you can see what was done.
Do I have to hand over my website passwords?
Yes, care plans need admin access to do the work. We use a password manager, keep access to what the plan requires, and rotate credentials if a team member changes. We do not share access with anyone outside the plan you are on.
What if my website gets hacked?
On Care Standard, Business Care, Growth and Priority, malware clean-up is included in the monthly fee. On Care Basic and Essential, or if you are not on a plan yet, it is a one-off service.

Is there an offer for new clients?
For the first 5 clients in each lane, or until 31 March 2027, whichever comes first, the first month’s setup and security audit is free. That covers backups, updates, a malware scan and a speed baseline report. Prices stay fixed and there are no discounts on the plans themselves.

What are your support hours and response times?
Response times run from next business day on the entry plans to 4 business hours on the top plans. Plans are supported Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm US Eastern. Local Trinidad and Tobago plans are supported during business hours, Monday to Friday, Trinidad time. We do not offer round the clock support.
Do you look after websites you did not build?
Yes. We look after WordPress, WooCommerce, Laravel and custom-built sites, whoever built them. We audit the site first so we know what we are taking on.
Do care plans cover WooCommerce stores?
WooCommerce care is part of the international Priority plan. New online stores we build include Care Standard free for the first 3 months.
Can I cancel a care plan?
Local plans have a 3 month minimum, then you can stop. International plans need 30 days notice.
What exactly do you do each month, not just “updates”?
Every plan runs daily backups and daily security and uptime checks. Updates are tested on a staging copy first, then applied to the live site once they check out. Higher plans add edit time, malware clean-up, and a speed check. Plans with a report show you what ran that month.
If an update breaks my site, is that billed separately?
No. Testing updates on staging before they touch your live site is how we avoid this in the first place. If something still goes wrong, fixing it is part of the plan, not a separate charge.
Does a care plan help my site show up in AI search results like ChatGPT or Google AI Overviews?
Indirectly. AI tools need clean, fast, well-structured code to read and quote a site with confidence. Keeping your site updated, fast, and free of errors is part of what makes that possible. A care plan is not a substitute for SEO or AEO content work.
