This policy explains what personal information Servaughn Digital Systems (“Servaughn”, “we”, “us”) collects through servaughn.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We are based in Trinidad and Tobago.
What we collect
Contact and project forms. When you use the contact form or the Start a Project form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, project type, budget range, and the details you write. We use this only to reply to you, prepare a quote, and run the project if you hire us. The message is sent to our business email, and you receive an automatic confirmation.
Email, phone, and WhatsApp. If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you send and your contact number.
Comments. If comments are open on a post, we collect the name, email address, and message you enter, plus your IP address and browser details to help block spam.
Site analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited, how visitors find the site, and what device they use. This data is aggregated and does not identify you by name. Google sets cookies for this purpose.
Security and performance. Our website sits behind Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP address and request details to deliver pages and block attacks.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and send quotes or proposals.
- To deliver and support work you have hired us for.
- To keep the site secure and reduce spam.
- To understand which content is useful and improve the site.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your form details for marketing lists unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services needed to run the site and our business: our web host, Cloudflare, Google (analytics), and our email provider. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we must keep it by law.
Cookies
The site uses cookies set by WordPress and by Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but analytics will not be able to count your visit.
Your rights
